Abstract

Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy is a powerful analytical technique that has found wide applications in various
fields, including pharmaceutical analysis. This review article aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the applications of NMR
spectroscopy in pharmaceutical analysis. It covers the principles of NMR spectroscopy, the instrumentation used, and various NMR
techniques commonly employed in pharmaceutical analysis. The article also discusses the role of NMR spectroscopy in the
identification and quantification of pharmaceutical compounds, the analysis of drug stability and formulation, and the study of drug
interactions. Additionally, emerging applications of NMR spectroscopy, such as metabolomics and pharmacokinetics, are explored.
Overall, this review highlights the versatility and importance of NMR spectroscopy as a valuable tool for pharmaceutical analysis.
